We started a group about 6 months ago. We currently have 30 people on our list, but are lucky if we get 12 people on game night. Whenever we don't have enough players, we use a doll or figure as a player. It's annoying when you are the one playing the doll b/c you have to roll dice for the two of you. That is about the only advice I have. Good luck with your group!!
