My Dear Bunco Buddies,
Hope this time of year has you all feeling blessed and happy. I just wanted you all to know that I feel I have truly been blessed to have found this site. Some may say, I found it by accident when surfing the net. I say I was led here by a higher power. As you all may know, I was diagnosed with cancer earleier in the year, just after having buried my mother, who also passed of cancer...I had found a site on the net, that was a support group for survivors. I visited the stie off an on to read the many blogs posted by others...to get inspiration for the day. Then I found Bunco.....again I dont really know how I found it..but I am sure glad that I was led there. Since joining in on the bunco games, I have received so much support.. Consequently, in my first game, I played with many cancer survivors...huh, that's wht I say I was LED there. KK-truly helped me by sharing her story, Tipsy, took me on my first "TOUR" of the bunco rooms!!!! and has been a true buddy since then, Sweetart, became a quick friend as well, and I wish her noting but the best this coming year, as we all know she needs our prayers, she is a trooper.... Glorybe, another supporter..and a fine lady to keep in touch with, Johnnye1, is also a great lady, she will inspire you with her words, I know she has me, thanks Johnnye. And Queeny, which I have begun to call Q..is great, she has many words of inspirtaion, a bundle of energy, and also comes up with some great sites to visit as well, ty Q-girl...your a true friend..I count on seeing you each nite, and when u dont show...please know that u are missed by me. Pris...is a great lady, she is always thinking of others...when she in fact is the one to be thanked most of the time. I have recently met Jenpooo, Babs, Sugar, Sissy and Meghan....all I can say is that u are all very special people...the supporters of the "White-Dress" group. he he he... If I have left any of my true friends out, please excuse me..its not because You dont mean something dear to me, its just my own memory... I really hope that you all have a wonerful Christmas, and can reflect on the many blessing you all have received this year...I know I will, and you all will be involved in my reflections. May you spend time with your families..and be grateful to have them in your lives...and may we all stick together as a group of good people. It is my hope that somday soon, we can all get together and see eachother...in real life..because I beileve we have found a great bunch..Take care all and again have a wonderful holiday time with you and yours...
Love,
Karen (Weezy)...
