Hi Lesley, I have only been playing Bunco for a year also. I started playing in January 2007. We play once a month. I was lucky though. They had the World Bunco Championship here in Las Vegas, Nevada las year. I didn't win, didn't even come close. There were 5 from my group and we had a great time and I got some wonderful pictures. We have a great time. We start at 6pm, eat dinner, play 2 rounds, eat dessert and play the final 2 rounds. We give out the prize money, talk and go home. My bunco group is also Red Hatters (most of us) and we do a monthly outing also. So, we do see each other at other places. We have a great group of women. It is such fun. If you ever get to Las Vegas look me up. Kathy
