    St. Patrick's Bunco Night

Wednesday, April 22, 2009, 1:14 AM [Bunco Themes]

Kim hosted in March and we had a stupendous time!  We all got a necklace with a little green beer mug on it to wear...in case we didn't wear green!  It was green everywhere!  The food was really good...there was a pasta dish with bacon wrapped shrimp, a Pampered Chef dish (I'm not sure what it was called but it was wrapped in biscuit and very good!), a salad, and then there was cheesecake and a chocolate pie for dessert!  We had (green) Appletinis to drink...very good!

This night was really fun!  There were many buncos and even more "almost buncos" (we call them fakos).  The green plastic table cloths on both tables had many fingernail scratch marks in them due to so many buncos being rolled!  =)

We always do a group photo at the end of the night and finally took advantage of the self-timer on our cameras so we could all be in the photo!  It was too funny how none of us knew how to work that feature on our cameras!  I got some good action shots this night too!

    Valentine's Bunco Night

Wednesday, April 22, 2009, 12:58 AM [Bunco Themes]

Maria got to host in February!  Bunco love was in the air!  We still had snow on the ground and it made for a cozy night!  Maria decorated with red and made a wonderful chicken breast stuffed with spinach and cheese entree!  It was delicious!  She always makes the best food!  There was also a veggie tray and Kim made a dessert that was like a crust with peanut butter spread on top, apple slices, and caramel topping!  Scrumptious!!!  There was more Sex on the Beach drinks!!!

It was a really fun night and we got to scream Bunco lots!  The prizes were valentine themed!

    Beach Bunco Night

Wednesday, April 22, 2009, 12:52 AM [Bunco Themes]

In January, Heidi was the host of our Bunco night!  Although we were in the middle of winter and there was lots of snow on the ground here in Cheyenne, Heidi chose a beach theme!  It was terrific!  We got some beach visors to wear and all got to wear hawaiian leis!  I even wore a hawaiian shirt.   She had Jack Johnson music playing in the background which really set the mood for a laid back beach night!

The food was all wonderful and we had Sex on the Beach drinks!  Yummy!  Thanks to Heidi's husband for being the bartender for the evening!

The prizes were all beach themed!  It was a great night!

    Christmas Bunco Night

Wednesday, April 22, 2009, 12:43 AM [Bunco Themes]

In December, Amanda hosted our Christmas bunco night!  She did an awesome job of hosting.  Unfortunately, I don't remember a whole lot about this bunco night because I was in alot of pain and had to have my gallbladder removed 2 weeks later.  I had to leave early because of the pain!  I felt so bad about having to end the night so soon.

The main theme was the Nutcracker and the traveling bunco was a little nutcracker!  The prizes were lots of Bath and Body Works gift packages!  I loved the Peppermint Body Scrub, Lotion and body spray I won!  Awesome!

    Twilight Bunco Night

Thursday, November 20, 2008, 12:03 AM [Bunco Themes]

This month we had a Twilight bunco night in honor of the new Twilight movie coming out Nov 21st.  Most of the girls in our bunco group have read the book and love it!

Aimee decorated with red tablecloths, Twilight poster and a very cool vase with apples and clear/red marbles in it!  The prizes were Twilight themed...a pair of movie tickets, a Barnes and Noble gift card that had the Twilight theme, the Twilight book, a Lambie Sachet Trio (from Bath and Body works...this goes with the "lion and the lamb" quote from the Twilight book, which was a very cool idea), an apple was the traveling bunco, and a frame.

For food we had shrimp cocktail, lasagna, salad, and assorted fruit.  Everything was so delicious!

A couple of us wore real pale makeup and made our eyes up with real dark circles (using black eye make up) and very red lipstick and nail polish.  Another wore a Twilight shirt.

Bunco was so very fun!  There were plenty of wipeouts and buncos to go around!

    Can't wait for next month!!!
