Mark your Calendars Everybody!!! We have two upcoming tournaments that we hope you'll make plans to attend! Cullman will be hosting one on April 10th beginning at 2:00 and Jasper will be hosting their's the following Saturday, April 17th at 4:00. Both these tournaments will benefit the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life! Please check back soon for more details!

For the 3rd year in a row, Cullman Real Estate has hosted one of the most successful tournaments around! Over 100 players helped raise money Thursday night for The American Cancer Society's Relay For Life. Sandra Wright, a local realtor and cancer survivor, started the night out with an inspiring speech, reminding us that we were there not only to have fun but to help fight a disease that affects us all in one way or another. The event included bunco as well as raffles, door prizes, refreshments, t-shirt sales and much more. A unique and touching addition this year was the "Memory Garden"; a beautiful display of flowering plants, each purchased In Memory or In Honor of a Cancer Victim.

It's been wonderful this year to see Bunco used for some great and worthy causes! Remember, let us know if there is an event taking place in your area and allow us to help promote it!

Friday night's tournament at Hanceville Assembly of God turned out great! The church raised more money than expected and now have enough to send their entire youth group to camp! They're already thinking about a couples tournament as well as starting a team for the ladies at the church.

If anyone would like help putting on a tournament or getting a group started please let us know! The WBA is always here to help promote Bunco!

We'd like to thank the ladies at Pine Mountain for hosting their tournament last night! We all had lots of fun and enjoyed some great refreshments and prizes! Christy Duncan from Cullman was crowned Bunco Queen and says she'll definitely be back next year to defend her title!

If you missed last night, you still have two more chances to attend tournaments this month. Cullman Real Estate's 3rd Annual Relay For Life Tournament will be held Thursday, April 30th at 7PM. You can also help raise money for Hanceville Assembly of God's Youth Group by attending their tournament on Friday, April 17th at 7PM. Entry fee is a $10 donation. Many groups have discovered that Bunco is a great way to raise money for charities! Relay For Life is an especially worthy cause and you have the opportunity to join in the fundraising effort this month!

April 4th there will be a Relay For Life Bunco Tournament held at Pine Mountain Community Center. The entry fee is a $10 donation. The tournament will be from 5:00 to 7:00. You can register or get more information by calling 205-681-3100.

If you can't make it to Pine Mountain, or even if you do but just can't get enough Bunco, you can help raise more money for Relay For Life on Thursday, April 30th. Cullman Real Estate will be sponsoring a Bunco Tournament at St. Paul's Lutheran School at 7:00. The entry fee for this tournament is a $15.00 donation. Space is limited so hurry and contact Kay Whaley at 256-775-6620.

We enjoyed seeing several of you at Nectar this past weekend! Nectar United Methodist Church held their First Annual Relay For Life Bunco Tournament on Sunday afternoon. Marlene Green and the rest of her Bunco Group did a great job! They had just over 100 registered! Many of the players were new to Bunco and I overheard more than one saying they plan to get a group started!
